What began as a small, self-serve farm stand, we have expanded our chicken flock and goat herd and began offering products like handmade goats-milk soap and pasture-raised eggs.

We now offer goat yoga sessions from a variety of instructors and yoga types.

Michelle

"Hello, my name is Michelle! I was born and raised in Denver, CO and moved to Salt Lake City, UT 3 years ago. I went to my first yoga class when I was 16 and instantly fell in love; I have been practicing ever since! Yoga is a great way to add movement to your daily life, but it can also be very grounding and has helped me through a lot of difficult times. I have been teaching now for a year and love vinyasa & yin style classes. I am excited to have the opportunity to continue to grow as a teacher and a student!"

Diana

Diana Shuster is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in group fitness. With a rich background in anatomy and physiology from her career as a Clinical Pharmacologist, Diana brings a unique perspective to her yoga practice and teaching. She recently completed her 200-hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and is excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with students.

Diana’s teaching experience includes thoughtful cueing and adaptations to suit the diverse needs of her participants. Her previous roles as a Zumba, Barre, and Group X instructor, along with her certification in various fitness disciplines, showcase her ability to create engaging, dynamic classes while ensuring safety and accessibility for all.

Known for her professional and inviting demeanor, Diana fosters a playful and supportive environment that encourages students to explore their practice with confidence. Her commitment to continuing education and her diverse skill set make her a valuable addition to any yoga community

Hello! I’m Karlie, I’ve been teaching for 3 years and practicing for about 6. I’ve taught over 800 hours of yoga. I’m excited to be working with Vigil Farms! I love trying new things and helping others do so as well. I’m excited to meet you all!
